RETURNS' POLICIES

 All pre-authorized returns should be initiated within 15 days of delivery. We will not accept any collect unauthorized returns containing used or opened merchandise.

Join a copy of the invoice with the product.

On the same day we receive your return, a credit for the value of the returned products will be issued to your credit card or a refund cheque will be sent to you (if the original purchase was paid by cheque). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on return.

The original shipping fees are not refundable.

Since we offer a shipping discount on BioVie products, we will deduct from the credit, the real shipping fees less the charged fees on the invoice. Look at the chart of the shipping fees.

Non-refundable fees by Paypal InternetSecure:

3% of the total return transaction.

+ 2.00$ for the two transactions (buy & refund)

+ 2.00$ for the refund management.
